Hi, I'm Karina, and I'm so glad you're here.
I want to share a little bit about my personal journey and why I'm so passionate about helping others find relief from stress and anxiety.
After the birth of my fourth child, I found myself overwhelmed with the challenges of motherhood, work, and everyday life. The stress and anxiety became so debilitating that I could barely get out of bed for six months and I was struggling to find relief.
That's when I decided to take matters into my own hands. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and exploration, diving deep into somatic practices like yoga, qi-gong, meditation, therapeutic dance, and TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises). These practices helped me connect with my body, release tension, regulate my nervous system, and cultivate a sense of calm and well-being.
Over the past five years, I've dedicated myself to learning and mastering these techniques, and I've experienced incredible transformation in my own life. I've overcome the stress and anxiety that previously controlled me, and I'm now on a mission to share these powerful somatic practices with others, so they don't have to spend years researching and struggling like I did.
